Return and Refund Policy

We sell only top-quality products and work to ensure you are satisfied with all your purchases made with Masonry Tec. We also understand that some orders will need to be returned or canceled. Please use the instructions below to ensure that your returns are handled in a timely manner.

Any part purchased from Masonry Tec can be returned for any reason within the first 30 days provided that the product has not been used or damaged. (Subject to inspection). The part must be unused, in its original packaging and must be in resalable condition. Once an order has shipped, the customer must follow these steps to insure credit. We do not charge a restocking fee with the exception of special order items. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all special order returns. Please follow these steps to return an item:

1) Send an email to returns@masonrytecstore.com explaining reason for return, the date part was purchased, and contact info (your name, phone number, & email address). Within 48 hours you will receive a RGA# (Return Goods Number). Or call us directly at 888-274-7744 to obtain RGA #.

2) Once you receive the Return Goods Number (RGA#). Please follow the instructions given. This will ensure a timely credit to your card. If you feel your return is outside of our return policy either because of Time, Condition, or other PLEASE DO NOT SEND IT! Call customer service at 888-274-7744

3) For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via FedEx or Insured Parcel Post. COD's will not be accepted. Masonry Tec will process a credit within 7-10 working days of receipt of the part. (Original shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the return is due to our error)

Warranty Claims

Masonry Tec honors the manufacturer's warranties for the products purchased from us. (Shipping charges for all warranty items are the responsibility of the customer.) Products that are damaged due to incorrect use or mistreatment are not covered under warranty. Masonry Tec does not express or imply any warranty as to the performance of any products sold. Masonry Tec relies on application data supplied by each product manufacturer; we are not liable for damages of any kind arising from incorrect application information. Masonry Tec is not liable for the use of products purchased on this site, including but not limited to punitive, indirect, direct, incidental, and consequential damages.
